Debt Amortization Period means Net Debt divided by EBTDA. whereas the meaning of capitalized terms shall be as follows: TOTAL EQUITY means Total Stockholders’ Equity according to quarterly/annual report plus Minority Interests. AVERAGE ADJUSTED TOTAL ASSETS means the sum of Total Assets according to quarterly/annual report for each of the past four (4) financial quarters divided by four (4).
