Debottlenecking Project definition

Debottlenecking Project means the debottlenecking project (including a maintenance turnaround and environmental upgrades) currently being undertaken by OCIP, as more particularly described in OCIP’s final prospectus dated October 3, 2013 (filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 7, 2013), Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013 (as amended), Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2014 and Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2014.
Debottlenecking Project means the debottlenecking project for Trains A through F of the Bontang Plant, as described in and consistent with the Development Plan. 12 7

  • Subject to the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, OCIP shall retain the Capital Contribution to fund capital expenditures and other costs and expenses incurred in connection with the Debottlenecking Project.

Related to Debottlenecking Project

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Campsite means any place where bedding, sleeping bag, or other material used for bedding purposes, or any stove or fire is placed, established, or maintained for the purpose of maintaining a temporary place to live, whether or not such place incorporates the use of any tent, lean-to, shack, or any other structure, or any vehicle or part thereof.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • Infrastructure project means any activity related to the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of infrastructure in the United States regardless of whether infrastructure is the primary purpose of the project. See also paragraphs (c) and (d) of 2 CFR 184.4.

  • Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming business facility that will be among the most visited privately owned or operated tourism or recreation sites in the State, and which is located within the qualified incentive area and has been determined by the authority to be in an area appropriate for development and in need of economic development incentive assistance, including a non-gaming business within an established Tourism District with a significant impact on the economic viability of that District.
