Debit Authority definition

Debit Authority the authority given by the Business to the Bank in the Business Application to debit Card Transactions shown on a Business Account Statement from the Payment Account. Euros: the lawful currency for the time being of the member countries of the Eurozone. Foreign Currency Account: a bank account maintained by the Business with the Bank and denominated in the Currency.
Debit Authority is a mandate from the common customer authorizing the bank to lonk their account(s) to a specific Client for the purpose of their account being directly debited by the Client for the services rendered/product sold or to be rendered/sold subject to a maximum limit per a specific period.

Examples of Debit Authority in a sentence

  • The Direct Debit Authority will set out any amounts payable by a Member to the DD Provider on top of any fees contemplated under this Membership Agreement.

  • If you terminate the Direct Debit Authority in a manner not described in this Membership Agreement, you may be liable to us for damages for breach of contract.

  • Cancellation of Direct Debits Pursuant to the terms of your Direct Debit Authority, your Membership Fees will continue to be debited from your credit card or account until we cancel the arrangement by notifying the DD Provider following your termination of this Membership Agreement.

  • Upon receiving the Cancellation Form and medical certificate, we will cancel your Direct Debit Authority and refund any payments (if applicable) made in advance from the date we received the Cancellation Form on a pro-rata basis on any outstanding pre-paid period within 7 days after the day on which termination takes effect (noting that termination may occur at any time within 30 days of receipt of the Cancellation Form as determined by Revo Fitness at its complete discretion).

  • Cancellation of any Direct Debit Authority does not affect your liability to pay the fees in full under the contract.

  • You must keep the Direct Debit Authority in place until 30 days after you have given us written notice to cancel your Membership pursuant to clause 3.10(a).

  • Membership Agreement and that any problems or issues that you have with the Direct Debit Authority should be raised directly with DD Provider.

  • You recognise and agree that by completing a Direct Debit Authority We are authorised to debit the Fees from Your nominated account.

  • Upon receiving the Cancellation Form and medical certificate, we will cancel your Direct Debit Authority and refund any payments (if applicable) made in advance from the date we received the Cancellation Form on a pro-rata basis on any outstanding pre-paid period within 7 days after the day on which termination takes effect (noting that termination may occur at any time within 14 days of receipt of the Cancellation Form as determined by Revo Fitness at its complete discretion).

  • For this purpose, you (i) confirm that you have authority to provide this Authority or (ii) where the Merchant Account is a two-to-sign account, agree that a paper Direct Debit Authority form will be required to be signed by you.
