Debit Adjustments definition

Debit Adjustments means, with respect to any Transferred Receivable, any increase in the Billed Amount of such Transferred Receivable, by virtue of the correction of any billing error or by virtue of additional amounts billed on a pre- existing invoice due to the provision of ancillary services, that is made in accordance with the usual practices of the Originator and the Credit and Collection Policies.
