Debenture Stock definition

Debenture Stock means a debenture by which a company or trustees of a debenture trust deed acknowledge that the holder of the stock is entitled to participate in the debt owing by the company to the trustees under the debenture trust deed, and includes loan stock;
Debenture Stock means a debenture by which a company or a debenture holders' representative acknowledges that the holder of the stock is entitled to participate in the debt owing by the company under the agency deed; and includes loan stock;
Debenture Stock means all Debenture Stock or other secured indebtedness by whatever name called, constituted and issued by the Company pursuant to the Trust Deed from time to time offered pursuant to this PDS.

More Definitions of Debenture Stock
