Debenture Agreement definition

Debenture Agreement means the Debenture Agreement and Security Agreement, dated as of January 9, 1998, between the Company and AJG Financial Services, Inc.
Debenture Agreement means the Debenture Agreement by and among the English Guarantors and the Collateral Agent.
