DEAUTHORIZE SOFTWARE is the process by which LICENSOR and LICENSEE exchange software security codes that render inoperable SOFTWARE licensed to LICENSEE.

Should said computer(s), server(s), network(s) or processor(s) cease being at all times in LICENSEE’s full and complete care, custody and control, LICENSEE shall immediately notify LICENSOR of same and shall, at LICENSOR’s direction, immediately DEAUTHORIZE SOFTWARE.
On the date of termination of this LICENSE specified by LICENSOR, LICENSEE shall DEAUTHORIZE SOFTWARE.
