Deans and Directors definition

Deans and Directors means the Head of Department or an Institution, a Centre or a School, or the person appointed for the purpose to act as such in his absence;
Deans and Directors means the heads of Departments and Offices defined in Paragraph 4 of Article 2 of the Regulations.
