Dealing Services definition

Dealing Services means the buying, selling, and collecting of Precious Metals and payment and receiving of Cash in accordance with these Terms; Delivery means the act of delivery where custody of the Allocated Precious Metal passes from one party to the other;
Dealing Services means buying, selling, applying for, or redeeming financial products on behalf of clients. Advice to do or not do these things is a separate service.
Dealing Services means the dealing services provided by us to you as set out in clause 5 below;

Examples of Dealing Services in a sentence

  • The Bank, in providing the Dealing Services, shall only execute any Transaction or take any other step pursuant to the express Instructions from the Customer or its Authorised Persons.

  • The Customer undertakes to ratify and confirm all and whatever acts the Bank and/or its nominees or agents shall do or cause to be done in connection with the Dealing Services, Facility Documents, Transactions, Transaction Documents or any Agreement on the Customer’s behalf in the event that the Bank and/or its nominees or agents acts on any Instructions given by or purported to be given by the Customer and/or its Authorised Persons.

  • The Customer acknowledges and agrees that it is aware that the Bank does not hold out any of its agents, nominees, directors, officers or employees as having any authority to advise the Customer and the Bank does not purport to advise the Customer on the terms of, or any other matters connected with, any Investment or Transaction in relation to the provision of Dealing Services.

  • The Customer acknowledges that it is free either to follow or disregard in whole or in part, any advice or report given by the Bank to the Customer, and agrees that in entering into any relevant Agreement pursuant to such Dealing Services, it is exercising its own independent judgment and relying on its own judgment and advice from such independent advisers as the Customer deems necessary.

  • Further, the Customer agrees to reimburse the Bank for all reasonable expenses (including but not limited to long distance telephone charges, cable, telex, facsimile and costs of delivery of Securities or custodian charges) incurred by the Bank or its nominee or agent in or about the performance of the Dealing Services under any Agreement.

  • The Customer acknowledges that it is free either to follow or disregard in whole or in part, any information given by the Bank to the Customer, and agrees that in entering into any relevant Agreement pursuant to such Dealing Services, it is exercising its own independent judgment and relying on its own judgment and advice from such independent advisers as the Customer deems necessary.

  • In relation to each of your Transactions under this Securities Dealing Services, the Company will act as the intermediary counterparty and shall bear the responsibility to properly transmit the order to the Prime Broker for execution.

  • It is a condition of the Dealing Services that you will provide us with your consent to the Best Execution Policy when you use the Dealing Services and any other Service and by doing so you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


More Definitions of Dealing Services

Dealing Services means a service of the kind provided by Barclays Investment Solutions or Barclays Bank UK as described in Section B, Part 4, including Executing and Arranging transactions. Barclays Bank UK only Arranges and does not Execute transactions.
Dealing Services means all services relating to trade execution, trade verification and trade settlement and includes services relating to Client Money provided through the Computershare Company Nominee Service;

Document Library means a secure area in your online Account where you can access certain documents and communications, we may send to you. Drawdown Pension means a pension providing retirement income usually in the form of Flexi-Access Drawdown or an Uncrystallised Funds Pension Lump Sum. Embark means Embark Investment Services Limited, registered number 09955930, FCA registration number 737356, being the custodian for the Wealthify Pension. FCA means the Financial Conduct Authority.
Dealing Services means the provision of Reception & Transmission and/or Execution services
Dealing Services means the provision of Reception & Transmission and/or Execution services "Margined Transactions" means transactions where you do not have sufficient funds and/or securities in relation to the trade you wish to conduct and for which Renaissance agrees to provide you with the necessary credit on the understanding that Renaissance will act as your exclusive broker and provider of investment services for this margin trade as set out in the Margin Schedule.

Related to Dealing Services

  • Counseling services means services provided by qualified social workers, psychologists, guidance counselors or other qualified personnel.

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.

  • Pricing Services shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 7 of this Agreement.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • Collection Services means all of the duties and obligations of the Contractor hereunder.
