Deal Sheet definition

Deal Sheet means, in respect of a transaction which is private and does not require a prospectus, the document setting out the deal information as contemplated in article 7.1(c) of the STS Regulation;
Deal Sheet means the deal sheet attached at the front of and forming part of this Agreement;
Deal Sheet means a Transaction summary substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A which is executed by both Seller and Purchaser and confirms, among other things, (a) Seller’s commitment to purchase at an identified Injection Location a specified quantity of Crude Oil from an identified Supplier and (b) Purchaser’s commitment to purchase from Seller at an identified Delivery Location a specified Batch or Batches of Crude Oil, in each case subject to the timely performance of transportation services to be provided by the Pipelines referenced in such Transaction summary; and including any amended Deal Sheet pursuant to Section 2.13.

Examples of Deal Sheet in a sentence

  • If a fully-executed Order Form specifies amounts for certain Fees, then Company agrees to charge no more than the amount specified in the Order Form pertaining to the relevant Services during the Services Term, including in a Deal Sheet, unless Client agrees otherwise.

  • Company shall send notice to Client to the address specified in the Order Form, unless modified by notice under this Section or in the Deal Sheet.

  • The Contractor shall proceed with lease negotiations with the prospective Concession Operator following the Authority’s written approval of the Deal Sheet, including any modifications required by the Authority.

  • Company is not obligated to perform Live Offering Services until it accepts the Offering as signified by a fully-executed Deal Sheet.
