Deadband definition

Deadband means the amount of movement of the input for a system for which there is no reaction in the output or state of the system observed.

Examples of Deadband in a sentence

  • If the True-Up volume adjustment is greater than the True-Up Deadband, the Monthly Base Charges for each Resource Unit Category will be increased or decreased (as applicable), on a prospective basis for each Contract Year, by an amount equal to the product of (i) the portion of such variance that exceeds the True-Up Deadband multiplied by (ii) the applicable ARC/RRC rate.

  • There shall be no change to the Charges to the extent the adjustments result from correcting the number of the Resource Units comprising each such Monthly Resource Baseline for volume changes within the True-Up Deadband as described in Attachment 4-A.

  • If the True-Up volume adjustment is greater than the True-Up Deadband, the Monthly Base Charges for Server Instances – Service Tier Matrix will be increased or decreased (as applicable), on a prospective basis for each Contract Year, by an amount equal to the product of (i) the portion of such variance that exceeds the True-Up Deadband multiplied by (ii) the applicable ARC/RRC rate.

  • If the actual average MOUs, SMSs or MBs by Handsets assigned to End Users who have selected the same Pricing Bundle during the [***] deviates from the MOU, SMS and/or MB included in such Pricing Bundle by more than the Deadband Percentage, Purchaser may request, and Sprint shall propose within 30 days of such request, commercially reasonable adjustments to the MOU, SMS or MB levels of the applicable then-current Pricing Bundle and the Monthly Recurring Charges associated therewith.

  • There shall be no change to the Service Component Provider Charges to the extent the adjustments result from correcting the number of the Resource Units comprising each such Monthly Resource Baseline for volume changes within the True-Up Deadband as described in the Service Component Provider Attachment 4-A.

  • AGC SetPoint Deadband is a deadband expressed in megawatts that is applied to changing values of the AGC SetPoint for generating units.

  • This shall include, but not be limited to, such statutes as the Ontario Human Rights Code, the Employment Standards Act, the Workplace Safety & Insurance Act and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
