Dead Mail definition
Dead Mail means any Item which does not comply with the addressing requirements of Rule 3.2 and is not clearly stamped with the sending Member address in accordance with Rule 3.1, and for which DX cannot discern the sending or receiving Member;
Dead Mail means items deposited in the mail for delivery which is or becomes undeliverable because the item cannot be mailed, the sender or address of the sender is not known, or the classification of the item does not entitle it to return service, or such other grounds that render the of said item unreturnable or undeliverable to the send;
