In the event that the Buyer does wish to so reduce its purchases the Seller will use its reasonable endeavours to mitigate the Dead Freight charges which would be payable by the Buyer to the Seller in respect of any Dead Freight Events during or around the Works period and will also liaise with the Buyer to assist the Seller in reducing Dead Freight.
