De-designation definition
De-designation means removing a current state scenic byway designation by the committee from an entire existing scenic byway.
De-designation or “De-designate,” means the Department’s action terminating this Agreement, and/or rescinding the Enterprise Zone designation in the event of non-performance as described in Government Code Sections 7076.1 and 7076.2.
De-designation means the removal of the scenic designation.
