DDTL Year definition
DDTL Year the Second A&R Closing Date through December 31, 2022, and thereafter, each calendar year during the term of this Agreement commencing on January 1 of each such year; provided that for any DDTLs made prior to the Second A&R Closing Date, the term “DDTL Year”, as used hereunder, shall have the meaning given to such term in the Prior Agreement.
Examples of DDTL Year in a sentence
The principal amount of all DDTLs shall be repaid in consecutive quarterly installments commencing on the first day of the first Fiscal Quarter following the end of the DDTL Year in which such DDTL was made and continuing until the DDTL Maturity Date (on which date all principal, interest and other amounts owing with respect to such DDTLs shall be due and payable in full).
