DDSU Plan means the Alcan Non-Executive Directors Deferred Share Unit Plan;
DDSU Plan. ’ means the Company’s Director Deferred Share Unit Plan amended and restated as of May 4, 2010;

Related to DDSU Plan
DSU Plan means the Deferred Share Unit Plan of the Corporation.
RSU Plan means the restricted share unit plan of the Corporation;
Equity Plan means any stock or equity purchase plan, restricted stock or equity plan or other similar equity compensation plan now or hereafter adopted by the Company or the Corporation.
Stock Incentive Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3(b) of the Agreement.
Stock Plan means any stock incentive, stock option, stock ownership or employee benefits plan of the General Partner.
