  • DDPR uses conciliation and arbitration and has an excellent record of settling disputes in a fair manner.

  • The terms and conditions of this Amendment shall only apply to Enrollees in the Program and shall not affect any patients under any other dental contract or program with DDPR.

  • DDPR may not terminate Dentist’s participation in the Program without cause.

  • The Delegated Services Agreement between MCOs and DDPR and the State Contract are incorporated herein by reference and shall be the guiding and controlling document when interpreting the terms of this Amendment.
