Funds may be shifted between line items of the Development Budget with prior written approval of the Director of the Department of Community Development (DDCD) provided these adjustments do not extend the term for any performance required under this Agreement, do not result in a change to the Revitalization Plan, or increase the total funding for Development Budget activities, and so long as no adjustment exceeds ten percent (10%) of the total Development Budget.
In addition, the DDCD shall have the authority to permit BOH to rent the rehabilitated homes to eligible tenants, as governed by HOME regulations.
