DDC Report definition
DDC Report means the report of the DDC to the Company, its directors, the members of the DDC and the Joint Lead Managers dated on or about the date of this Agreement, including all annexures, supporting documents and all other work papers to which the Joint Lead Managers are given access for the purposes of the Due Diligence Investigations. Defective, in relation to the Cleansing Statement, has the meaning given by section 708A(10) of the Corporations Act. Due Diligence Investigations mean the activities referred to in clause 6.
