All classifications in the DDAA Bargaining Units shall have a probationary period of twelve (12) months.
This leave time shall be governed by Family Medical Leave Act policy (Policy DDAA).
At such times as regulations are issued implementing the Affordable Care Act, the County and DDAA will meet and confer to review the impact of such regulations on the benefits plans then in force.

A teacher may use sick leave with pay for absences necessitated by sickness or required medical examination for members of the immediate family as governed by Family M edical Leave Act policy (Policy DDAA).
DDAA is excluded from the benefit provided under Section 11.03 of the Rules Governing Coverage and Compensation.
