DDA Payments definition
DDA Payments means the payments of principal of and interest on the series 2016 bonds required to be made by the DDA pursuant to the DDA agreement, as further provided in section 4 hereof.
DDA Payments means deposits by Chase of payments in the amount of Class Members’ Remediation Payment Checks directly into the accounts of Class Members who hold direct deposit accounts with Chase in their name only, as further described in the Distribution Plan.
Examples of DDA Payments in a sentence
The principal of and interest on this bond are secured by a statutory lien on the Net Revenues and DDA Payments.
Chase shall issue DDA Payments within seven (7) days of Preliminary Approval.
