DDA Form definition

DDA Form means the Direct Debit Authorisation Form prescribed by the Company for the purpose of authorising the Company to charge any and all Instalments to the Card of the Cardholder, subject to the terms and conditions of the Program (defined below) set out therein;

Examples of DDA Form in a sentence

  • The Merchant shall record legibly on the DDA Form the word "deposit" or "balance" as the case may be.

  • Each such Vertical DDA/LDDA must be in recordable form and shall be Approved by the Authority Director provided the Vertical DDA/LDDA is substantially in the form of the Approved Vertical DDA Form or the Approved Vertical LDDA Form, as applicable, and is consistent with this DDA and the Development Requirements.

  • The Merchant shall obtain prior authorisation from the authorisation centre designated from time to time by the Company and record legibly on the DDA Form the authorisation code before accepting a Card.

Related to DDA Form

  • ASBA Form means an application form, whether physical or electronic, used by ASBA Bidders to submit Bids, which will be considered as the application for Allotment in terms of the Red ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Prospectus and the Prospectus;

  • Account Application Form means the Personal Account Application Form for International Personal Banking or Wealth and Investment as applicable;

  • FACE Form means the Funding Authorization and Certificate of Expenditure Form attached to this Agreement. The FACE Form is used for (i) requests for cash advances, direct payments or reimbursements and (ii) financial reporting by the Partner.

  • Special Instruction Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to change his/her particulars and will be stated in this Offering Document.

  • Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.
