DD Phase Cost Estimate means the detailed estimate of the probable Construction Costs in ASTM UNIFORMAT II, updated through the DD Documents–A/E Deadline.

Attend and actively participate in all meeting(s) between A/E and TFC wherein the proposed DD Documents will be reviewed, and prepare and deliver the DD Phase Cost Estimate at the first of such meetings.
Review Deadline means the date that is a fixed number of days after the DD Documents–A/E Deadline, and by which date A/E and CMR shall meet with TFC to review the proposed DD Documents; and CMR shall prepare and deliver its DD Phase Cost Estimate to TFC and A/E, and A/E shall prepare and deliver its DD Phase Cost Estimate to TFC and CMR.
