DD Parties definition

DD Parties means DBI, Franchisor, and their past, present, and future corporate predecessors, affiliates and successors, as well as their respective past, present, and future corporate parents, affiliates, officers, members, managers, directors, agents, and employees collectively, individually, and in any combination.
