DCS Contracts definition

DCS Contracts means the Contracts set forth on Appendix 3.

Examples of DCS Contracts in a sentence

  • With respect to each DCS Contract, (i) such DCS Contract is in full force and effect and is a valid and binding obligation of DCS and is enforceable against DCS, and, to Seller’s Knowledge, such DCS Contract is a valid and binding obligation of, and is enforceable against, the other party or parties to such DCS Contract, and (ii) DCS is not in material default under such DCS Contract, and to Seller’s Knowledge, the other parties to the DCS Contracts are not in material default thereunder.

Related to DCS Contracts

  • Project Contracts mean a contract or contracts with respect to the acquisition and/or construction of the Improvements entered into by the Company or the Issuer.

  • New Contracts means binding new agreements or amendments to existing agreements with customers.

  • Supply Contracts means contracts having as their object the purchase, lease, rental or hire-purchase, with or without an option to buy, of products. A supply contract may include, as an incidental matter, siting and installation operations;

  • Scheduled Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16.

  • Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b)(ii)(A).
