DCRs means the Data Collection and Reporting System as more particularly described in the Scope of Work.

DCR Duff & ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Credit Rating Co., or its successor in interest.
Baseline data means information gathered at a selected point in time and used thereafter as a basis from which to monitor change.
