DCRI customer definition
DCRI customer means any person, firm, corporation, partnership, association, or other entity to which DCRI provided staffing services during the twelve (12) months prior to the effective date of this Agreement.

Solicit, divert, approach or seek staffing services business from any DCRI customer, refer business from any DCRI customer to any competitive business, or be paid commission(s) or bonus(es) based on sales received by any competitive business from any DCRI customer.
