DCR Rating definition

DCR Rating means the most recently-announced rating from time to time of DCR assigned to any class of long-term senior, unsecured Liability securities issued by Borrower, as to which no letter of credit, guaranty, or third party credit support is in place, regardless of whether all or any part of such Liability has been issued at the time such rating was issued.
