DCP participant definition
DCP participant. : means the participant authorised by Monte Titoli to connect directly to the T2S platform, without Monte Titoli acting as a technical interface for the connection to T2S;
DCP participant means a Participant who, for a calendar year, was offered the opportunity by the Company to defer up to 100% of his or her annual incentive payment payable for that calendar year.
