DCOA definition

DCOA means the Dual Credit Quality Act (110 ILCS 27/1 et seq.).

  • This designation is processed through a Delegation of Contract Ordering Authority (DCOA) and must be requested by the ordering agency through the PCO.

  • They, together with the proposed De-regulation and Contracting-out Order (‘the DCOA Order') and the proposed Ofcom authorisation made under the DCOA Order (‘the Authorisation'), will form the legal basis of the new self-regulatory system (as explained in the ‘Legal Context of the MOU' section below).

  • Annually, by May 31st, certify in writing to DCOA the number of employment positions which have been created and/or retained at the Facility during the 12 months ended March 31st.

  • DCOA and Transcend wish to amend the Agreement for Financial Assistance dated the 1st day of March, 2005.
