Lessee’s Architect shall be responsible for all changes required as a result of such review by DCLU, with the exception of changes to the work provided pursuant to Sections 4.4(b) and (c) which shall be Lessor’s Architect’s responsibility and which shall be done within the $0.25 per usable square foot charge described below.
