DCJ means the Department of Communities and Justice and, in the event of any Machinery of Government changes, means the NSW Government department that has responsibility for the administration of housing assistance. Deemed Start Date means 1 July 2022.

DCJ means the Crown in Right of the State of New South Wales acting through the Department of Communities and Justice and, where context permits, its officers and employees. In this Deed, unless otherwise stated, the Manager Client Services, Child and Family District Unit, is the contact person.

DCJ is defined in the recitals of this Agreement.
