Minutes of each DCIT meeting shall be recorded and made available to the administration and the Association President upon request.
The DCIT shall serve in an advisory or consultant capacity to the administration and the Board, and shall make written recommendations to the administration and the Board prior to adopting and/or changing textbooks and curriculum, provided the recommendations are made within a reasonable period of time prior to the administration taking action.
However, the Board may act with or without recommendation from the DCIT.
