DCI Service definition

DCI Service or “Service” Means the grant to you the right to use the Data Centre Interconnection Service as specified in the Application Form (being Ethernet over Wavelength, Layer 2 or other available DCI service offered by us) subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Specific Terms and the relevant Order.

DCI Service means the standard, narrow-band U.S. version of the DCI brand service on the World Wide Web and on the AOL Service, whether accessed through the broad-band or narrow-band, specifically excluding (a) Any other DCI Interactive Site, (b) any international versions of the DCI brand service, (c) any independent product or service offered by or through the U.S. version of the DC1 brand service, (d) any programming or Content area offered by or through the U.S. version of the DCI brand service over which DCl does not exercise complete operational control (including, without limitation, content areas controlled by other parties and member-created content areas), (e) any programming or Content area offered by or through the U.S. version of the DCI brand service which is a branded subservice of such service, (f) any yellow pages, white pages, classifieds or other search, directory or review services or content offered by or through the U.S. version of the DCI brand service, (g) any property, feature, product or service which DCI or its affiliates may acquire subsequent to the Effective Date and (h) any other version of a DCl service which is materially different from the narrow-band U.S. version of the DCI brand service, by virtue of its branding, distribution, functionality, Content and services, including, without limitation, any co-branded versions and any version distributed through any broadband -distribution platform or through any platform or device other than a desktop personal computer.

Examples of DCI Service in a sentence

  • TRV shall have the exclusive right, license and privilege to exhibit, market, distribute, transmit, perform and otherwise exploit each Program an unlimited number of times on any DCI Service in the media ("Media") and territory ("Territory") and for the License Period (`Exhibition Period") set forth in the applicable Attachment.
