DCGP Curriculum definition

DCGP Curriculum means all educational documents, pamphlets, brochures, papers, forms, booklets, newsletters, files and any other materials, whether hard copy or electronic, created, produced, and provided by DCGP and made available to Educator under this Agreement, including all Derivative Works created thereto.

Examples of DCGP Curriculum in a sentence

  • Educator shall pay DCGP the License Fee prior to downloading, accessing, printing, copying or installing the DCGP Curriculum.

  • All rights, title to and ownership interest in the Intellectual Property (specifically, the DCGP Curriculum) shall remain in DCGP.

  • Educator acknowledges such ownership and Intellectual Property rights and will not take any action to challenge, undermine or interfere with DCGP’s ownership and Intellectual Property rights with respect to the DCGP Curriculum.

  • Except as specifically set forth herein, Educator may not: (i) modify or create any Derivate Works of any of the DCGP Curriculum, (ii) use, download, access, print, copy, email, distribute or install the DCGP Curriculum, (iii) sublicense or permit use of the DCGP Curriculum by more than one (1) Classroom, (iv) transfer rights or use of the DCGP Curriculum without the express written consent of DCGP, or (v) remove or alter any Marks of DCGP in the DCGP Curriculum.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, this provision does not prevent use of the DCGP Curriculum in a Classroom as may be required in order to properly instruct students within the Classroom in which Educator is employed or volunteers.

  • DCGP hereby grants to Educator a non-exclusive, fully-paid, complete, irrevocable and limited right and license (the “License”) to: (i) use, download, access, print, copy, install, transmit, communicate, display or distribute the DCGP Curriculum solely for the use in one (1) Classroom in which Educator is employed or volunteers.

  • DCGP hereby grants to Educator an exclusive, fully-paid, complete, irrevocable and perpetual right and license (the “License”) to: (i) use, download, access, print, copy, install, transmit, communicate, display or distribute the DCGP Curriculum solely for the use in the Classroom or one (1) School in which Educator is employed or volunteers.
