The Fund will receive all orders to purchase Portfolio shares using the NSCC's Defined Contribution Clearance & Settlement ("DCC&S") platform.
Upon receipt of federal funds transmitted via the NSCC Fund/SERV DCC&S platform, such funds shall cease to be the responsibility of the Company and shall become the responsibility of the Fund.

For each day on which any Participant or Plan Representative places with Service Provider an Order for Shares of a Fund, Service Provider shall aggregate all such Orders and communicate to MBSC via NSCC Fund /SERV, DCC&S and Networking standard processing procedures.

The Fund or its designee may process orders received after NSCC DCC&S Cycle 8 deadline, or such other time as may be agreed upon by the parties from time to time as described above, using the NAV next determined.
