DCC&S definition

DCC&S shall refer to an NSCC program that facilitates the automated processing and reporting of defined contribution transactions among asset managers, plan trustees, and plan administrators, including third-party administrators; and "Settling Bank" shall mean the entity appointed by AVIF to perform such settlement services on behalf of AVIF, which agrees to abide by NSCC's then current rules and procedures insofar as they relate to same day funds settlement. In all cases, processing and settlement of Share transactions shall be done in a manner consistent with applicable law.

  • Transfer Agent may process orders it receives after the DCC&S Cycle 8 deadline using the net asset value next determined.

  • Payment for Shares shall be made in federal funds transmitted to the Fund via the NSCC Fund/SERV DCC&S platform to be received by the Fund by 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time on the day the Fund is notified of the purchase request for Shares (unless the Fund determines and so advises the Company that sufficient proceeds are available from redemption of Shares of other Designated Portfolios effected pursuant to redemption requests tendered by the Company on behalf of the Account).

  • For each day on which any Participant or Plan Representative places with Service Provider an Order for Shares of a Fund, Service Provider shall aggregate all such Orders and communicate to MBSC via NSCC Fund /SERV, DCC&S and Networking standard processing procedures.

  • NSCC* (National Securities Clearing Corporation) - application allowing web-based utility at user's desktop to support processing linked to NSCC activity, including networking, Fund/SERV, DCC&S, Commission/SERV, mutual fund profile, and transfer of retirement assets, and includes NEWS (NSCC Exception Workflow Processing) which provides for the inputting of reject and exception information to the NSCC system.

  • Service Provider will submit purchase, exchange or redemption orders (an “Order”) for Shares of a Fund to MBSC via NSCC Fund/SERV, Defined Contribution Clearance & Settlement (“DCC&S”) and Networking systems in accordance with their standard processing procedures and Orders shall be placed and settlement shall be made at the time and in the manner provided in the rules and procedures relating to Fund/Serv, DCC&S and Networking.

  • The Fund or its designee may process orders received after NSCC DCC&S Cycle 8 deadline, or such other time as may be agreed upon by the parties from time to time as described above, using the NAV next determined.


More Definitions of DCC&S

DCC&S means the District Consultative Councils created under Recipient’s Law 8/2003 and Decree 15/2000 and Decree 11/2005;
DCC&S means, as the context requires, the Days Creek Charter School, an Oregon nonprofit corporation formed for the purpose of operating all schools within the District, to be known as the “Days Creek Charter School”.

  • Conventional service and filing means service and filing of documents pursuant to the CCP and CRC absent these E-Filing Rules, i.e. using paper format.
