DCCP definition

DCCP means the Dutch Code of Civil Procedure (Wetboek van Burgerlijke Rechtsvordering);
DCCP means UBC's Department of Campus & Community Planning in its capacity as regulatory, inspection and permitting authority for UBC’s Vancouver Campus or such other department of UBC as becomes responsible for this function from time to time.
DCCP means the Dutch Code of Civil Procedure (Wetboek van Burgerlijke Rechtsvordering).

  • If this agreement is declared binding by the Court, no Party may request revocation (herroeping) on the basis of Article 1018(2) DCCP.

  • In no event will any of the parties hereto be liable to any other party hereto for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or savings, whether or not such damages are foreseeable, or in respect of any liabilities relating to any third party claims (whether based in contract, tort or otherwise) other than for claims relating to the services which may be provided by DCCP hereunder.

  • Neither this Agreement nor any of the rights, interests or obligations hereunder shall be assigned or delegated by any party hereto without the prior written consent of the other party hereto; provided that DCCP may assign all of its rights and obligations hereunder to any of its affiliates.

  • DCCP shall provide and devote to the performance of this Agreement such members, employees, officers and agents of DCCP as DCCP shall deem appropriate for the furnishing of the services required hereby.

  • DCCP is performing services hereunder as an independent contractor (and not as an agent, representative or employee of the Company or any of its affiliates), and is not and shall not be deemed to be a co-venturer with, or partner of, the Company or any of its affiliates in any respect.

  • Except as provided for herein, this Agreement shall commence on the date hereof and shall terminate on the first to occur of (i) the tenth anniversary of the date hereof, (ii) the consummation of a Company Sale (as defined below) and (iii) such other date as to which DCCP and the Company agree.

  • DCCP shall have no authority to bind the Company or any of its affiliates and shall not make, or attempt to make, any binding commitments on behalf of the Company or any of its affiliates.

  • DCCP makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, in respect of the services to be provided by any Indemnified Party acting within the scope of his, her or its employment or authority.

  • The Management Fee shall be payable whether or not the Company actually requests that DCCP provide the services described in Section 1 above.

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.

  • HSP means a HUB Subcontracting Plan.

  • Asset Management Plan means a strategic document that states how a group of assets are to be managed over a period of time. The plan describes the characteristics and condition of infrastructure assets, the levels of service expected from them, planned actions to ensure the assets are providing the expected level of service, and financing strategies to implement the planned actions. The plan may use any appropriate format, as long as it includes the information and analysis required to be in a plan as described in Ontario’s Building Together: Guide for Asset Management Plans.

  • DCC means 360 or, in any case where market practice in the Relevant Market is to use a different number for quoting the number of days in a year, that number;

  • CCMA means the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration established in terms of section 112 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995;
