DCCA LOAN AGREEMENT definition
DCCA LOAN AGREEMENT means the Loan Agreements dated as of August 1, 2000 and any related grant agreements between DCCA (or, with respect to a grant agreement, the federal Economic Development Agreement) and the Village with respect to the DCCA Loan.
