DCC Security Documents definition
DCC Security Documents means the DCC STID, the DCC Deed of Charge, the Holdings Deed of Charge, the Glas Securities Deed of Charge and the Glas Deed of Charge and any other document agreed by DCC and the DCC Security Trustee to be a DCC Security Document.
DCC Security Documents. ' means the DCC STID, the DCC Deed of Charge, the HoIdings Deed of Charge, (from compIetion of the Share Purchase Agreement) the GIas Securities Deed of Charge and the GIas Deed of Charge and (untiI compIetion under the Share Purchase Agreement) the HUH Deed of Charge and any other document agreed by DCC and the DCC Security Trustee to be a DCC Security Document.
