DCC Contract definition
DCC Contract means the agreement between the CDSP and the DCC (or a person nominated by the DCC to enter into such agreement) pursuant to which the CDSP performs services in connection with the operation of the Retail Energy Code;
DCC Contract has the meaning given in Recital (A) of this Co- operation Agreement;
