LC50 means the concentration of toxicant (e.g., effluent) which is lethal to 50 percent of the test organisms exposed in the time period prescribed by the test.
Cubic Foot as used herein means the volume of gas contained in one (1) cubic foot of space at a standard pressure of 14.65 pounds per square inch absolute and a standard temperature of sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit.
Grab sample means an individual sample collected in less than 15 minutes in conjunction with an instantaneous flow measurement.
