D&C Phase definition

D&C Phase means the period between the date of this deed and the Last DLP.
D&C Phase has the same meaning given in the D&C Agreement. D&C Subcontract means the contract for the Works entered into between the Operator and the Builder dated on or about the Date of this Agreement and any other contract between the Operator and a Builder for the undertaking of the Works. D&C Uninsurable Risk Termination Event means an “Uninsurable Risk Termination Event” as defined in the D&C Agreement. Damage Termination Event is defined in Clause 23.4(b)(iv). Date of Completion has the same meaning given in the D&C Agreement. Date of this Agreement means the date on which this Agreement is executed by both parties to this Agreement or, if not executed on the same date, the date on which the last of the parties executes this Agreement.
D&C Phase has the meaning given to it in the Project Agreement.
