DC NOTES at any time, all promissory notes issued by Obligors to the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary in respect of the conversion or exchange of Accounts owed by such Obligors in the ordinary course of business.

MAC Notes The Classes of Modifiable And Combinable STACR® Notes shown on
B Notes means each of Note B-1, Note B-2, Note B-3 and Note B-4.
A Notes means each Note that has a designation starting with “A”, either individually or in the aggregate as the context may require.
