DC Members definition

DC Members has the meaning set forth in Section 8.7(h).

DC Members means all of the Destination Club memberships and Destination Club members and rights, titles and interests in such memberships and members existing or to exist in any of the Destination Clubs to include all residual rights thereto and all promissory notes or other obligations for payment respecting such DC Memberships.
