DC Fee definition

DC Fee has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.16(d), as such amount may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with Sections 2.16(d), 4.5 and Exhibit 4.5.

Examples of DC Fee in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any non-performance or non-compliance by the Generator of its obligations under Section 2.16(a)(i), the Generator will continue, subject to Section 11.2(a)(ii), to be paid the DC Fee pursuant to Section 2.16(c).

  • Notwithstanding any non-performance or non-compliance by the Generator of its obligations under Section 2.16(a)(ii), the Generator will continue, subject to Section 11.2(a)(ii), to be paid the DC Fee pursuant to Section 2.16(d).

  • RAS shall not charge any TOC Fee or DC Fee in succeeding years of any Contract Term.

  • Additionally, the parties agree that this fee will be an estimate only and in the event that such costs ultimately vary materially from such estimate, RAS shall provide Self-Insurer with supporting documentation and RAS shall increase its DC Fee accordingly hereunder.
