DC Fee definition

DC Fee has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.16(d), as such amount may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with Sections 2.16(d), 4.5 and Exhibit 4.5.

Examples of DC Fee in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any non-performance or non-compliance by the Generator of its obligations under Section 2.16(a)(i), the Generator will continue, subject to Section 11.2(a)(ii), to be paid the DC Fee pursuant to Section 2.16(c).
