DBS System means a neurostimulation medical device system for applications within the Field of Use that (i) is derived from, based upon or incorporates Technical Know-How or is within the scope of one or more claims of any Licensed Patent Application or Licensed Patent and (ii) consists primarily of components derived from or based upon the components of the Algovita Spinal Cord Stimulation System described on E xhibit B hereto.
