DBS Part. Project Management" and "Line Dpt. Effort" are the costs for DBS' own personnel and other resources. These costs will be charged on a time and materials basis at the unit prices set forth in Section 2 of Schedule 9.2. The amounts set forth above which are not identified as actual costs are estimates based on an assumption of 18 eight-hour mandays per month, and establish no payment obligation of any kind. The actual charges could be higher or lower depending on the number of mandays actually devoted by DBS to the DBS Part, Line Dpt. Effort or Project Management. The most current status is presented twice a month to the Management Committee of the LLC. Project Management charges through July 8, 2000 are divided equally between the Master Software Development Agreement and the System Operations Agreement. After July 8, 2000, Project Management charges for JV Release 1.0 will be covered by the Systems Operations Agreement (incl. software fixing).

  • Substantial Part means properties and assets involved in any single transaction or a Series of Related Transactions having an aggregate fair market value of more than ten percent (10%) of the total consolidated assets of the Person in question as determined immediately prior to such transaction or Series of Related Transactions.

  • spare part means a separate part of an EEE that can replace a part of an EEE. The EEE cannot function as intended without that part of the EEE. The functionality of EEE is restored or is upgraded when the part is replaced by a spare part;

  • Intimate part means the sexual organ, anus, groin, or buttocks of any person, and the breast of a female.

  • Distinct part means a clearly identifiable area or section within a health care facility, consisting of at least a residential unit, wing, floor, or building containing contiguous rooms.

  • Warranted Part means any Seller proprietary component, equipment, accessory or part, which is installed on an Aircraft at Delivery thereof and

  • Counterfeit Part means (1) An unauthorized copy, imitation, substitute, or modified part, which is knowingly misrepresented as a specified genuine part of the manufacturer. (2) Or a previously used Electrical, Electronic, and Electromechanical (EEE) Part which has been modified and is knowingly misrepresented as new without disclosure to the customer that it has been previously used. NOTE 1: Examples of a counterfeit part can include, but are not limited to; the false identification of grade, serial number, date code or performance characteristics. NOTE 2: This definition shall be read so as not to conflict with the definition for “counterfeit electronic part” cited in the Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 252.246-7007, where that definition shall govern to the extent that clause applies.

  • Essential parts means all integral parts and body parts, the removal, alteration, or substitution of

  • Accessory apartment means a self-contained residential dwelling unit with a kitchen, sanitary facilities, sleeping quarters and a private entrance, which is created within an existing home, or through the conversion of an existing accessory structure on the same site, or by an addition to an existing home or accessory building, or by the construction of a new accessory structure on the same site.

  • Accessory use means a use which is incidental and subordinate to the principal use of the parcel of land on which it is located.

  • School or We or Us means Notre Dame School Cobham as now or in the future constituted (and any successor). The School is constituted as a charitable company limited by guarantee.

  • Accessory building or structure means any portable, demountable or permanent structure,

  • Electronic part means an integrated circuit, a discrete electronic component (including, but not limited to, a transistor, capacitor, resistor, or diode), or a circuit assembly (section 818(f)(2) of Pub. L. 112-81).

  • Relevant Party means each Loan Party and Sponsor (and, collectively “Relevant Parties”).

  • Authority Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Authority, including software which is, or will be used by the Contractor for the purpose of providing the Services but excluding the Contractor Software.

  • Ex parte communication ’ means an oral or written communication not on the pub- lic record with respect to which reasonable prior notice to all parties is not given, but it shall not include requests for status reports on any matter or proceeding covered by this sub- chapter.

  • Accessory dwelling unit means a habitable living unit added to, created within, or detached from a primary single-family dwelling and contained on one lot.

  • Existing manufactured home park or subdivision means a manufactured home park or subdivision for which the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including, at a minimum, the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads) is completed before the effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by a community.

  • Authority System means the Authority’s computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Authority or the Contractor in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Authority by a third party and which interfaces with the Contractor System or which is necessary for the Authority to receive the Services.

  • Project Entity means a Utah interlocal entity or an electric interlocal entity that

  • Obligated Person means any person, including the Issuer, who is either generally or through an enterprise, fund, or account of such person committed by contract or other arrangement to support payment of all, or part of the obligations on the Bonds (other than providers of municipal bond insurance, letters of credit, or other liquidity facilities), as shown on Exhibit A.

  • Accessory structure means a structure that is accessory and incidental to a dwelling located on the same lot.

  • Charged Assets means the assets over which Security is expressed to be created pursuant to any Security Document.

  • Seizure means a legal process carried out by court order against a definite amount of seed.

  • Obligated Party has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 10.02.

  • Cell Site means the Communication Provider’s radio base station premises or Third Party CP radio base station premises;
