DBS certificate definition

DBS certificate. (“tystysgrif GDG”) means a certificate of a type referred to in paragraph 2 or 3 of Schedule 1;
DBS certificate means a certificate from a DBS check carried out in accordance with clause 10. DPS: has the meaning given to it in Recital (A)
