DBO Contract definition
DBO Contract means the Design/Build/Operate Contract for the Plant, dated as of August 31, 2015, between the DBO Contractor and the City, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time.
DBO Contract means the design, build and operate contract entered into between MWRI, on the one part, and a private sector operator, on the other part, in accordance with terms and conditions satisfactory to the Bank, pursuant to which said operator shall carry out the activities under Part 1 of the Project.
