In the event of a local, state, or federal emergency, a criminal incident, a public health emergency, or a disaster, either natural or human-caused as declared by the Governor, Grantee shall assist HHSC’s Disaster Behavioral Health Services (DBHS) program in providing disaster behavioral health services to mitigate the psychological trauma experienced by crime victims, survivors, and emergency responders from such an emergency, incident, or disaster.
